They are a horrible service provider. I contracted with them for 6 hundred rands service monthly for 25/25. On December they sent me an email saying I was to pay 609 as of December 1. This email was sent by Queen Boka of cool ideas confirming our telephone conversation. In January 2032 I paid the 609 . They unilaterally picked up the amount and demanded 770. Upon telling them that I had paid 609 as per their instruction they said they would escalate the matter.. they did not escalate and their official did not call back and instead suspended my line having paid for January 2022 as advised by them.. who does that even when they have received payment. They suspend even after you have called them to register a quiry.. they clearly are working from their bedrooms because the is no communication within their offices.
