***** COMPANY with NO SERVICE

I joined Cool Ideas near the end of November, when I joined, my internet worked for the first day, and then up to the 2nd of December, I basically had no internet access whatsoever.

The explained there was an issue, and when I asked them why I got billed for November, I was ignored for more than a week, 5 unanswered emails.

As I refused to pay, my internet was suspended 15 December, and I phoned in to inquire about it, and was told it was suspended ONLY for December's outstanding payment, and not for November. As soon as I paid for December, I received an email saying it was suspended again due to non payment for November, even though I confirmed that it was only suspended for December 5 minutes before I made payment.

I phoned in once more and was told they did not understand why the consultant told me its only for December and they will need to follow up. I asked for the call recording and was told the call recording service is currently offline so they can't listen to the callst. This was 3 weeks ago, I'm still waiting on an answer.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM COOl IDEAS!!!
