Find a better service provider, avoid Cool Ideas
Ever since I have moved to Centurion I have had nothing but problems. I've had an issue for a week now and there has been zero progress, updates were promised but never heard back even after multiple calls. The service has gone down hill over the years. I used to be happy with Cool Ideas, sadly not anymore
Its now been 3 weeks to the day since I first logged my ticket and my line is down again, constant issues, and they charge for speeds they cannot supply. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from Cool Ideas, they are not the ISP they once were.
