Fibre useless

These guys have been great over years but now they have become useless,whenever you have and issue with your fibre they request you to do dial up connection and speed tests before TT Connect will even consider looking into your issue,what if you're not technical or know how to do these things,then uou do send the info and no one responds till late in the day or just don't even respond at all,then I hear from them 2 days ago to say Tt connect has fixed the issue only to find the line still drops every now and again and I still have high ping spikes whilst playing online games,this issue is over a week now and still not resolved and now they just stop speaking to me all together,between Cool ideas and TT Connect this service is useless,we pay good money for there services and don't get what we pay for
