Fibre Upgrade Nightmare

Moved from Afrihost to Cool Ideas and upgraded from 20Mbps to 100Mbps on my fibre. I am to this day still only getting 20Mbps. I have to keep asking them every day what is happening. They take a day to respond to me. I have sent them screenshots etc.... Still waiting for a reply patiently.
