Fibre is down again, and again everyone else is to blame!!

My fibre connection was cut at around 13:00 today. Lucien promised to call me back with a resolution but by 18:00 i have heard nothing back. I phoned them as it seems to be required by this useless company and then I get told by Greg that they have no idea what has happened and that I should wait for 24 hours before I can expect service.. also apparently there is no-one to call at 18:00 on a Thursday evening! This is not the 1st time that i have received such bad service.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. They are a fly by night ISP that is quick to take your money, but has no way to service their customers!!
