Fibre Instalation
I Have been trying to get a fibre line installed by Cool Ideas. Seemed very promising, but now more than a month and still no joy. They keep on saying they escalated with Openserve, but no feedback is received with openserve, when asked to escalate this to a senior, it just gets ignored. So basically it is if you complain we ignore you, no contact numbers to escelate this even further. Really considering after more than a month to rather cancel and just go with their opposition. My application was done in may and I canceled my LTE in may as well. Now I have no internet. As a paying customer, this is really unprofessional and it seems like openserve do not grasp it is us that puts them in business.

Your Operations Coordinator, Escalation Analyst and Operations Team Leader has now been in contact with me, and the final feedback is there is No fibre infrastructure in the area???
That while friends of ours, in the exact same Townhouse complex, who is with COOL IDEAS, on a Fibre Line, with all the openserve Fibre boxes and Manholes filling the entire complex, and Cool Ideas feedback is Fibre infrastructure is not available in your area, and that after more than a month???
The company use to be great but Is now turning into a joke.
