Fibre Account Suspension

I was couple of days late with my monthly payment because of unfortunate circumstances and found my account suspended without warning. I ask with a tear in my eye how am I suppose pay for my fibre if my internet is suspended? Give a day or 2 warning or send a reminder before you suspend people for crying out loud.
