Fiber cool ideas is a joke

Cool ideas is a joke I have installed fiber 100mbp in and 50mbp out and it’s NEVER working.!!! I call in on their service line and it is always the same story. Just putting it out there whoever is planning on signing up with cool ideas think twice rather go with Vodacom my friend has never had any issues.
