Faulty fiber box fixed

My internet was down last night at around 7:30pm. I called in to Cool Ideas helpline and my call was answered within 2 minutes. A CISP representative told me what the problem was (my Vuma Fiber line was faulty) and that a ticket was issued to Vuma. I would have liked to receive a phone call, but nevertheless a Vuma technician was there this morning and fixed the problem, I am back online now. Thank you Cool Ideas for helping me reach Vuma and get a technician out. I will post a similar review to Vuma for their good service. You guys make a good team!
