Fantastic Service - Highly Recommended

I had super efficient service with Cool Ideas. I placed an order during the festive season on 23 December 2020, so I wasn't expecting much to happen until the new year. However, by 4 January Openserve had installed our line (which Cool Ideas arranged on my behalf) and by 5 January I had received my free to use router and I connected with no issues. Cool Ideas responded to all my emails very quickly and I was continuously kept up to speed on the process and timelines. Their online portal is easy to use as well and they were the cheapest in our area in Rooihuiskraal.

I really have no complaints and can absolutely recommend Cool Ideas as an ISP.
