Fantastic service

I have to give credit where credit is due. Not only did Cool Ideas always answer my tickets quickly and effectively, but when our complex went live on a Wednesday and I had a super fast turnaround time with my last mile provider installing my ONT two days later, I phoned Cool Ideas on the same Friday afternoon to get my PPPoE details to get online before the weekend started. Not only did they answer super quick, but they were also not hassled at all and gave it to me while waiting on the phone. Friendly and efficient. Thanks guys!
