False advertising/marketing by cool ideas.

Cool ideas makes false advertising/marketing, claiming there’s no installation fee with netstream. After agreeing to the terms and conditions I find out there’s an installation fee of R700 that I had to pay. I paid the “R700 installation fee”, weeks later cool ideas tells me that the R700 I paid was for linking netstream with cool ideas, so I have to pay R1725 for the installation of fibre.
