EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have paid R439 for the wi-fi and there was a problem with the address, they had billed it to the incorrect address. Now first of all, this is not my problem and secondly this is so damn unprofessional. When I joined COOL IDEAS, you guys were the best, hardly any problems with the connection, but I have to say that you fail miserably at customer service. Your service is pathetic, this is the 3rd week and I am still waiting for my money to refunded and the wi-fi is still not on. I wish your standards would improve but for right now, you do not deserve any clientele if you cannot even assist a client and have a turn around time of at least 5 days, but for it to be ongoing on almost 15 days, your business deserves to close down.
