Extremely Disappointing Service from Cool Ideas

Since Clear Access handed us over to Cool Ideas, the experience has been an absolute nightmare and disaster.

For two weeks, my internet signal continuously dropped. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the problem efficiently, the two companies seemed to continually shift the blame between each other. It ultimately took two weeks to address the issue, which was eventually linked to the router.

To make matters worse, I then had to pay the courier fee for the replacement router.

Cool Ideas does not offer the level of support we previously received from Clear Access. There is no proper after-hours assistance, and there seems to be very little willingness to go the extra mile for a customer.

Today I was informed that they do not assist with my extender router and that I must arrange and pay for my own IT technician. Clear Access originally installed and supported this extender as part of the service, so this is extremely disappointing.

The difference in service levels has been day and night. Based on my experience so far, I am extremely disappointed with Cool Ideas and would not recommend their service. I am terminating their services.
