Exceptional Service

I must say I hardly ever interact with Cool Ideas, as I don't have problems with my connection. On Wednesday evening, I logged a call and what a pleasant experience. Within 25 minutes of logging the call, Anitha Masiza called me ready with the solution, solved my problem, and closed the call. And the cause was my error!
