Exceptional! ????

I'm doing some research based on ISPs for my parents, as their contract with their ISP is about to end. I am currently using Cool Ideas and would love for my parents to experience uncapped fibre with Cool Ideas, unfortunately fibre isn't available in their area as yet. From my experience, I've received the most support, assistance and help from technicians and operators of the Cool Ideas team. There is a lot of negativity on the Internet, but my advice would be to give Cool Ideas a go. Upload and download speeds have a 99% efficiency rate for me and customer service (from my experience) is on point. Well done, Cool Ideas!
