Excellent support

They provided quick and very professional support on the one occasion that I had connection issues. The technician was friendly and thorough. Not only did he help to troubleshoot the fiber line, but when it was clear that the problem was not on Cool Ideas' side, he helped trace the problem to my router setup and advised how to address that as well.
