I received excellent service from Cool Ideas, particularly from Simbonile. Although the fault originated with the fiber provider, Cool Ideas efficiently managed the ticket on my behalf. Simbonile maintained a highly professional approach throughout, consistently keeping me informed with updates on the repair progress from the fiber provider. When I change fiber providers, I'll still stick with Cool Ideas as my ISP.
