I needed a new modem as my old modem was not compatible with UPS for loadshedding. I logged a ticket and within a day Cool Ideas had arranged for Vumatel to come around and install a new modem. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop by friendly and helpful consultants, Sebiastian and Silence, who went out of their way to assist me.

Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Cool Ideas to anyone looking to sign up with an ISP.
