Excellent service - Anitha Masiza

I recently replaced my router due to lightning damage. I set everything up but my smart devices would no longer connect to the wi-fi yet I made my SSID and password the same for ease of setup. It was not even the responsibility of Cool Ideas to assist me with this matter as my internet was working perfectly. Anitha Masiza though, went out of her way to assist me and phoned me back several times to change settings on my router which eventually got my smart devices reconnected. Thanks again Anita.... you are a star!!
