Signed up for a new line and received excellent service overall from everyone at Cool Ideas. They always follow up with a call and their callback time is less than 10 minutes from the time the log is created so really happy with the turn around time. Assistance was great from all involved, no hassles or challenges at all. I’m impressed that I could keep track of everyone that assisted even though I didn’t have to engage with everyone as each time my ticket is updated, I can see who’s doing what and that’s good service.
