Excellent communication and service

Moved over from Afrihost after being with them forever. Reason was they seemed to have become quite arrogant of late. Last three years when experiencing issues the staff was either rude, untrained or plainly did not give a damn. Anyway this is not about them! I decided to move to Cool ideas and their communication and support was top notch from start to finish. Also getting great latencies and speeds. So I am happy that I moved away and supporting a smaller business.

Special thanks to Anelisa Stuurman who kept me in the loop either by mailing or phoning (something Afrihost seems to think is beneath them, to just pick up the phone and speak to your customer of 200 years)

Anyway would recommend them any day. If you are tired of the old uncaring dinosaurs. Move over it’s easy!
