<p>Have been with Cool ideas in Vorna Valley since December 2016.... When I have had issues I can normally speak to the right person in 5 minutes so that is kind of unique in todays South africa. For R1050 Rand a month I get fanastic speeds up and down consitally around the 90 down and fifty up, have never been capped, and I stream 4k on Netflix full HD A.K.A 1080p buffers for about 2 seconds lol . what a pleasure it is too pay them, it may seem strange to say that but when you get such great value and consistancy of service and support fair is fair, I do however recommend if you live in a family more than two people, to takethe plunge and invest in a good router arounf the R1500 mark.. i DID and gained over 20 mb down on wifi its just much more caperble and the extra processing speeds really helps. The fact is 20 mb gain is more than double the speed I paying my old supplyer for less than half the cost go figure... Well done Cool ideas for once your company name reflets the fantastic service you provide....</p>
