Empty Promises - Don't waste your time on Cool Ideas

I've had ongoing connection issues for close to a year now where it is dropping multiple times a day and it still is not sorted. I write hello peter articles about the issue and get told that someone will get back to be, but of course no one does as Cool Ideas is just totally ***********. They never escalate issues, don't respond, they don't actually care to be honest, they just want to suck up your cash and give you sub par service.
