Embarrassed to be stuck with Cool Ideas

Super unhappy with them unfortuantely, after getting good references from friends. Have been waiting for 3 weeks to get our line installed and they are unable to get it done. Just getting told that it would take another 2-3 weeks with no urgency from their side. We have paid for a service already and not getting anywhere.
