Edzisani Lukwareni - Worst case of Customer Support or Service

Terrible Service - if you make your call before working hours your call will be likely to be cut by 8pm. After liaising with the assistant Edzisani Lukwareni and informing him that my internet connection is very poor and letting him know that if the call gets cut he must call me back as the call centre will not be available. He attempts to transfer my call and the call mysteriously cuts???!!! I called back and the response is...your call is made during non working hours...Does Edzisani Lukwareni attempt to call me to resolve my issue that was logged during working hours? NO!!!! Do I pay for my service on time? Yes! Can I have proper service that I pay for ONTIME!!!???
