Double Debited

I have been double debited for the same amount 3 days apart which resulted in my bank account been overdrawn for my internet service and when I log into my profile on the CISP website, it reflects that no payment has been made and payment is due immediately.

I have only been with Cool Ideas for less than a week and have already experienced this type of service, Will be using a new ISP in the new month.
