DOUBLE DEBIT - still NO refund

I was debited on 2nd May and then received a 2nd invoice on 7th May... I advised Cool Ideas immediately and was told that the invoice was cancelled, however I was STILL debited for the invoice that evening. I requested a refund the same day but to date NOTHING has been done. I have followed up several time and was told that they only do refunds on Fridays but 2x fridays have come & gone BUT still no refund!!! What pathetic service.

If I good give a ZERO rating for customer service I would... I have to keep following up. Not once have I been contacted to be provided with an explanation of any kind.

They were so quick to take MY money but in no rush to give me back MY money!!!

Cool ideas should rename their Company to BAD ideas
