Double charge

I have been with cool ideas since the start of my fiber journey in December 2017. I am now moving from house A to house B. I gave cool ideas notice for the end of November 2019 for house A, and obviously want to be connected from 1 December 2019 in house B. Vumatel installed the fiber line in house B on 22 November and now they are charging me for the last few days of November for internet in house B. Where I am not even living. Why would I pay for fiber in two homes, one of which I don’t even live in yet??? And they simply won’t budge. I don’t get the logic or the lack of customer service.
