Everything was Cool when it was SADV, now with Vuma i'm lucky to get 1 solid day of good internet. I work from home and I am a streamer on Twitch so I am here all day and closely am able to monitor my line, I know every second of my day when my line drops and people will be surprised how often their lines drops during one day and what they are actually paying hard earned money for...

When I call for support I get taken in the same circle over and over again... I get asked the same questions, I have had around 6 months of running MTR tests, traceroute tests, bypassing my router and running ONT tests... tests tests tests but then? Tickets get closed and nothing happens because "There is an area outage and blah blah blah" and "We will escalate this to the supervisors" - ticket closed...

We doing maintenance every day for the past 6 months? Cool Ideas even say that they support online gamers... how? Thanks for the Twitch ingest server settings but for what? I can't stream without a stable internet connection. If I get asked to run one more MTR test or traceroute test then Cool Ideas may as well hire me because i'm basically working for Cool Ideas, no more tests.

Unfortunately I cannot change my fibre provider because I fall under "villages" but i'm starting to think I need to change my ISP because Cool Ideas can't seem to communicate or manage their relationship with Vuma.
