Don't work over weekends

Once again my internet connection goes down and when I phone cool ideas at 17:30 it is outside their working hours and I have to sit with no internet until Tuesday or later since they don't work over the weekend and they will only send the fault to openserve Monday sometime. So that is 4+days where I can't work from home. All other service providers work on weekends why don't you. I am at a loss for word's.
