Don't waste your time with Cool Ideas.

Don't waste your time with them - they took more than 2 weeks to try to get my fibre line activated with Openserve - I cancelled my order and moved over to Mind The Speed, who had it activated in less than 24 hours.

They will keep saying things like: "we are following up with Openserve", etc but can't provide evidence of this in any way - when asked whether they have any feedback from Openserve they just say no. And when they say they will escalate your ticket - they don't.

Customer service here is a joke. I recommend their competitor Mind The Speed instead, who will be getting 5 stars!
