Don’t waste you time!

The worst experience! Their support is absolutely terrible and that is an understatement. It seems like they have no idea what they are doing.

We tried to sign up with them…and after THREE WEEKS of waiting, frustrating phone calls and back-and-forth emails, all we received was “automated-like” messages and they overplayed the dreaded “It has been escalated” card.

Our area is covered by a certain fibre company (which can be verified on their website). The first problem - according to Cool Ideas - was that the fibre infrastructure company didn’t have our unit number on their system which had to be added. We’ve spoken to the said company ourselves, and this takes about 2 hours to solve. WE (the potential customer) had to follow up with Cool Ideas everyday with zero communication or updates from their side. Three weeks of struggling, and we were told that our area was not covered by the said fibre infrastructure company - which was far from true!

It genuinely felt like we were talking to a robot. They had zero understanding of our problem and didn’t make the effort to even try and understand or solve it.

We went with a different ISP and they got us sorted and connected within 1 day by the same said fibre infrastructure company that “didn’t cover our area”.

I will never recommend Cool Ideas to anyone. Such a waste of time and the worst support ever received.
