DONT USE COOL IDEAS! "Lee Bautlwanye" VERY RUDE
I am very disappointed as a customer about these guys worse the is a consultant named "Lee Bautlwanye" who was meant to assist me and was just rude and not willing to understand I could even hear her laughing during the call when they suspended my internet after we had a confirmation/agreement that they will only suspend it on the 20th October due to their inconvenience of cutting my internet even after I have paid for couple of days.
DONT USE COOL IDEAS!
