Don’t try sign up with Cool Ideas

I signed up with Cool Ideas on the 24 of April after confirming with the them telephonically that they can get my line released in 24-48 hours from Vumatel. I have to follow up daily and to this day I still don’t have internet. Cool Ideas blames Vumatel and Vumatel blames the ISP.
