Don't ignore the bad reviews. Stay away from this ISP.
Ordered Openserve Fibre from Cool Ideas. 43 days later they've done absolutely nothing. To cut a long story short, just stay away and find a better ISP with better service and support.

29 Jun 2023, 10:31Two months after placing an order for Openserve Fibre at a location that has a preinstalled line. I've lost just over R3000, receive no internet access and got the worst ISP experience in my life.
Even if the line is non-functional and you've receive no service, CoolIdeas will still charge you a full months worth of service before cancelling even if you've opted for no string attached cancellation fee.
Just stay away from this ISP.
