Don't fall for the Nr1 ISP S****

How cool ideas is the nr 1 isp is already a blatant lie.

Mistake after mistake after mistake

There was a point were everytime I called I was told to apply online. Everytime I said I've already done everything I've already uploaded the required photos up until I requested to speak to a manager and they confirmed oh sorry it's a mistake from their side.

Eventually when everything is sorted openserv calls us and says the activation is complete we can now connect, extatic when we got home followed the instructions to have no internet again.

Call cool ideas and guess what, yes they again Made a mistake, the connection department apparently did not add a product, how is that even possible, it's been such a **** poor experience.

If I could I would without a shadow of a doubt have gone with another ISP if I haven't already spent so much time and energy on CI.

Clearly when I ask a manager to call me on the ticket logging system that falls on deafears maybe now that everyone can see how bad the service is something will get done.
