They received multiple Denial of Service (DDOS) attacks regularly - which only happens to companies involved in ***** dealings. The final straw was when we tried to cancel and leave their service, they would relentlessly phone and harass us, even though there was no contract in place, and billing was month to month. The final bill they even disputed and handed us over to debt collectors, insisting that we owed them 30 CALENDAR days notice, instead of 30 days. Even though they could provide ZERO agreement or contract signed by us to prove this detail, they still threatened legal action over the matter. In summary, DO NOT JOIN COOL IDEAS. You will only receive shocking price increases, patchy service, uncompetitive pricing, and be harassed and threatened when you try to leave. Save yourself time, effort, money, and stress… GO ELSEWHERE.
