By far the most infuriating and frustrated I have been with any service provider. I have to call Cool Ideas every single day to fix the internet, and it is impossible to work remotely. I have asked about the problem multiple times and they seem committed to not telling me what the issue is, the answer is something dismissive and minor every time. Yet, I pay my monthly fee, and I am without internet. Additionally, when you do call them about a problem with your connection (which you will inevitably have) you will be on the phone for at least 10min until they tell you that they have to get the third party to you and you have to plan your entire schedule around it, this will then also take a week and you will have internet connection until the next morning.

DO NOT CHOOSE COOL IDEAS AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, you are better off buying cellular data every month
