I’m not sure how this ISP gets the top rating. I upgraded to a 1000mbps package, ever since I’ve had issues with my connection and speeds. I’ve had vumatel around who have checked the line and upgraded the ONT but the problems keep coming back. I run with a top ASUS router and CAT7 cable but I’ll be asked to check speed over wired connection when I’ve got full WiFi signal and getting 1mbps with 45ms ping speed. It will drop off at random times at night. When I complain about the issue I’m just asked to run diagnostic tests for them over and over again. If you feel like being your own tech support multiples times per month when your internet that you’re spending a fortune on stops working, this is the ISP for you.
