Dishonesty and atrocious service.

These people only care about how much money they can take from you and their customer service is atrocious. I gave them a call and emailed them an hour before my line was to be installed and activated.They had nothing to do with the installation.,because they required R1725 before placing the order.They never informed Vumatel to remove them as my isp and when my line went live they went ahead and activated it .I want them to release my line, now they want R3000 from me ,even though they went ahead and activate it after i have cancelled the application.
