Disgusting Service from Cool Ideas (Lerato) Helpline

To cut to the chase - I had a problem with my download speed on Saturday. Called the service helpline and got a female called Lerato who turned out to be one of the most unhelpfull and unproffessional people I have come across in a long time. I eneded up with a router that needed reconfiguring and a dead line because lerato had ended the call. Disgusting attitude and service from the above individual.
