DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am so so tired of calling the Cool Ideas call centre and constantly be told, they are following up and will come back to. My fibre line has been down since SUNDAY. I have spoken to Hudson and Bheki and they have both promised to follow up with VUMA and revert. To date, I am still WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. I have called 4 times this morning, sent emails and NOTHING. I work from home and having to buy data and still pay for a SUBSCRIPTION that does not work is extremely costly. I would really appreciate a response from COOL IDEAS. At this stage, any response will be good news as opposed to total silence
