Disgusting service and NO connection provided!

Extremely disappointed with Cool Ideas. I signed up for their package in the week of Black Friday and paid the cost for the router and I have yet to receive any kind of connection or delivery of modem. I work from home, what would have happened if I had cancelled my current provider as Cool Ideas has not provided any connection or given me feedback since 2 December last. Very disgusted with this provider as they have no concern for their customers well being. I am barely a customer yet and I cannot imagine how they treat current customers. Very disappointing.
