Disgusting Service and bad value for money

Been having endless issues and being a customer for nearly 3 years their unhelpful attitude is disgusting. I am canceling my service. Even when I had adsl with telkom it wasn’t this bad. I logged a call and 10 days later they called me. When there is an issue and you try contact them it’s impossible to get hold of them and the amount of time they take to reply to a ticket is like 3 days. I have a 10mb line and it’s either been off or running at less than 1mbps. R700 for this no thanks
