Disgusted in *******

I took a mnth WiFi contract, due to financial difficulties I cud not make it to pay, me knowing it's month to month,communicated I'll pay mnth, mind u I pay for it arnd the 7th every month. Decided let me connect my WiFi,so paid my monthly subscription of R579 but paid R600. Then I make the call so they can see my proof of payment n connect me, they tell me I have to pay R1000 reconnection 🥺more than I pay monthly n was cut off less than a mnth ago. How is this possible for a mnth to mnth. So now I've paid n they refusing to connect me. I'm disgusted in the service n we being ****** broad day light. Don't say mnth to mnth but service is same as debit order contract. Someone please explain how can I pay more for reconnection than my monthly subscription????😡😡😡😡😡🙁
