Disappointing service
I have been with coolideas since they installed fiber in Mitchell's Plain with no problems except paying problems.It's so difficult to pay your account and now it just became worst .I payed my account on the 25th it is now the 27th with no internet, witch make me lose a Lot of money. I DO believe I'm a reasonable person and don't like to badmouth but really this was my last straw.This is now since Vuma took over payment . I really don't Know What to do anymore
