Disappointed about cancellation services - *******

I have been with Cool Ideas for 3 years - I never had an issue with monthly payments until I had to move houses. They purposedly waited for the last days to work on cancellation (when I requested it to be cancelled earlier) so that I am charged another month by default (their rules). I had to pay an extra R1500 for not using their wifi. Be careful guys!
