Disappointed!!

Cool ideas has been a great isp for a while now. But lately the connection has been really bad and extremely intermittent. It’s working one moment and then completely useless the next. I’ve been having a massively drawn out email conversation with them and nothing has materialized and nothing is fixed. My wife works from home and without reliable internet she can’t earn a salary. We pay a lot of money for this service and we are disappointed. There a so many isp companies out there. It’s so easy for me to change and maybe I will just do that as Cool Ideas evidently doesn’t care about its clients at the end of the day. All they said was “the line looks fine from our side”. So I really hope they get their act together otherwise I’m out. I’ll get a new ISP.
